Lesson Cancellation Policy

• * Pls remember, cancelling a lesson with less than 24 hours notice will incur 50% of the lesson fee.
• * if lesson is cancelled within 5 hours of the start time or our instructor is at the meeting point and you don’t show up, it will incur a full lesson fee.

Lesson and package fee conditions

• Lesson time starts at the time we agreed on even if you don’t come. If we are early the time will not start until you come. If we are late then the time will start when I come and you will still get your time.
• We try to stop 5 minutes before the finish time so that we can discuss the learning outcomes of this lesson, plan and book the next lesson.
• We prefer cash and paid BEFORE the start of lesson (please have the correct fee as we do not carry change).
• If you need to go to the bank or ATM to withdraw the fee please do it in your own time otherwise it will be done in your lesson time. And you must let us know so that it can be done at the start of the lesson and not at the end.
• Please let us know at least 24 hours for any cancellation or re scheduling if possible.
• We may have to re schedule your lesson if we have to take a client on a drive test.
• If we come to your door and you are not there or change your mind, full fee will apply.
• 5 Lesson package must be used within 5 weeks.
• Packages/Discounted lessons or specials can NOT be taken on the weekend

Specials

• These special prices can not be used in conjunction with other specials or packages.
• Drive test must be confirmed with full payment a week before the test.
• Those who are booking test only must pay the full fee in advance.
• If the drive test is cancelled due to lack of documentation or overseas varification not obtained then full fee is still applicable.

• The test fee should be paid a week before the test.
• The test fee does not include any Vicroads fees.
• To be eligible for a discounted re-test, must have at least 5 lessons and on the instructor’s approval. Only for Bundoora and Broadmeadows Vicroads.
• Only one discounted retest is available.
